- "Staff was great! Person answering the phone needs to check in with the store more. Called asked if they’re accepting walk-ins today for a mother son tattoo, he says yes! Come on down! After driving over an hour to get there they tell me it’ll be an hr and a half wait, we’ll call you, no problem. Wait 2.5 hours and ended up making an appointment that I didn’t really want to make. If the staff wasn’t so understanding I would’ve left and never came back. So thank you for that. But again, THE PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE SHOULD CHECK AND SEE IF THE STAFF IS ACTUALLY CAPABLE OF TAKING WALK-INS. THANK YOU"
