"I used to come to Nail Max a lot because I loved the atmosphere. But now I go and I feel like the ladies are mad because I want to PAY to have my nails done. They have no patience for their clients. After 2 days, my nails were peeling (not pictured) and my middle nail popped off. I went to get it fixed and and today the same one popped off and I had to super glue it myself. It’s frustrating because I paid $60 for cheap nails and a hostile environment. To top it all off , they tried to charge me $5 extra dollars because I chose a coffin style nail shape. Absolutely ridiculous. I will find someone else who appreciates my business."
"New to Oxford and been in need of a new nail shop whenever I come to visit. Me and my boyfriend came mid day. It wasn’t busy or crowded. The service was nice and fast. I bonded with the dad of the shop while watching the biggest crocodile captures lol. We were really into it. He out did himself on the foot massage (better than my boyfriend *) . Next, the daughter did my nails and let me just say she is so precise and takes her time to make sure the shape is correctly done. I will be returning. Thank you so much! Our price afterwards: 2 basic pedicures and full set acrylic with gel polish and coffin shape was $115.00"
