- "Here is what I sent the owner, who pretty much said, "well next time you need to say something" & told me there was nothing he can do for me. So $170 down the drain!!
I writing this because I am so disappointed in the service I received the last time I was there. The ladies were so sweet, which made me not want to complain, but my nails were horrible. I paid $170.00 total!! I received a deluxe expensive pedicure & dipped nails. The nails looked bad even before I had left the building. They were sharp on the edges, had ridges, & were bumpy. I literally had to sit out in my vehicle & try to file away the bumps on the side & all the stuff underneath thst was completely visible. For $170 I expect to at least be satisfied when I leave. I don't know if I will be back here"
