"I was scheduled to get medium Senegalese twist at 9:30 I arrived at 9:20 I was the first customer the mom and the daughter were already there . The daughter started my hair and then the mom started to help I explained the last time I let two people in my head everything was different and I didn’t want that to happen she got snappy and said she would just let her do it herself. Then the daughter disappeared without saying anything was gone for 45 minutes bc she had to eat after I explained I had to be at work once done the daughter left I had to wait for someone else to dip my hair I also asked for streaks only for 4 colored pieces and they were all right next to each other and then my Senegalese were extra small and barely twisted completely down !"

"Today was my last day being a costumer!!!!!!!! I got Senegalese twists and not happy with them. The lady braid my hair uneven and cut my braids after I asked her not to. I told her I could wait for the owner Sukay to return and she assist that she could do it and do it right. The only way I would return if the owner Sukay is doing my hair and no one else!!!!!! I have had better service on the street than the service I received today. Please don’t WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! It seems the only way the can get your braids neat and pretty by using the scissors or lighter. I have had girls on the street braid and tuck my braids without using scissors or lighter. If you go you will regret going!"
