"I had previously visited to get my septum pierced and had a good experience. I decided I would go back to get a simple heart tattoo on my hand. The older, long and blonde/silver haired man(owner I believe), put a stencil down and proceeded to tattoo. You figure he could easily tattoo a simple heart but it turned out absolutely horrible! He insisted it was straight and was annoyed with my claims! Still regret giving him 100 dollars for such a terrible experience. Do not get a tattoo by this man!!!"
