    "Took my 15yr old daughter to get her belly button pierced. Jamie was nothing but professional and kind to us. From the time we walked in he explained everything from after care to what my daughter was to expect. The shop was very clean and everything used was clean and cleaned again. My daughter being a very anxious teen was very at ease while Jamie worked. Will most definitely be back in the future if my other daughter wants a piercing, or for tattoos"

    "HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! If you enjoy quality work this is not the place for you. I do not recommend at all. The shop owner acts like she is there to help and once you hand her your money she will no longer be as nice. I had an issue with a piercing that was done by her I went back later due to the earring stem being way too small and she did not want to help or assess the issue. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HEARD ABOUT CUSTOMERS HAVING ISSUES HERE."
