"Terrible. She said her pricing is $35 but she upped it to $45 because she couldn't do the design (which she did anyway and messed up). She didn't inform me she didn't have the skill set to do my nails but I could tel when they were finished. Also super unprofessional, left my friend waiting for 10 minutes while her husband (who I'm pretty sure isn't a licensed nail technician) was doing her nails. I hate my nails. Also for reference the nails were supposed to be a shorter version of the one I showed her but if she couldn't do that, it was her job to tell me."
