- "Although they were very friendly… The salon looked dirty and cluttered and in need of cleaning. I feel gunk under my nails and I am in my car trying to clean them. They are missing the details like hand lotion massage, and the nail filing is not uniformed. I feel like my manicure is not finished."
"I have been coming here since 2020 to get nails and they would always come out good but recently they have not been good. I usually don’t say anything. I always pay, leave tip, and I hope that next time will be better. This time I went to change my nail color after a difficult college exam and Diana looked like she was annoyed when I showed her the picture of what I wanted when she wasn’t even the one that was going to do my nails. She rolled her eyes and of course I didn’t say anything because I never get upset so I ignored her and sat there uncomfortably but I think that was very rude to do when I always take my business there and pay. I also always recommend this place to other people but I am not going to come here anymore."
