"I have been going to this salon for a few months now and have almost always loved my manicure when I leave. The staff is super friendly too! Unfortunately, the last two times I went, they were so busy that I had to wait for about an hour before being sat down. The first time(of my two most recent visits), I was just walking in and realized how busy they were. My frustration is that the girls at the front desk give you an unrealistic wait time. If it’s going to be an hour, whatever. I can go next door and fill my time while I wait. The girls will tell you 10-15 minutes and then have you waiting around for 45 minutes or an hour. I went again yesterday. I called ahead knowing they’d probably be busy. The girl told me it’d be best to come in a few hours when it would be less busy. I showed up 10 minutes before the time I was told to come. When I got there, the girl told me it would be able 10 minutes before they were ready. No worries. I expected that. After 25 minutes one of the girls told me they were ready and led me to a chair where I then sat there not being helped for another 20 minutes. Just very frustrating to spend so much time sitting around here. It would be helpful to be told realistic wait times. It’s a great salon and it’s understandable why they’re so busy. If you don’t mind having to spend a few hours here for a manicure, I recommend this place. Just know you’ll probably be here for awhile!"

"Called at 630 and was told they'd still take my son at 645! Walked right in and told Chi-Chi that he needed a haircut for JROTC...eight minutes later he got exactly what he asked for!! Best haircut we found in Houston.. can't beat the price for $5 and remember since the price is so good to tip them extra. Deserves to be called by its name the five star hair salon"
