"I got my nails done at Q nails just before Christmas this year and the quality of the the work and the product have severely deteriorated. Throughout most of this year I was getting my nails done at Q with a lot of my family and everything was fine - though they did tend to rush or make us wait a lot even when we had appointments; I could even do my kickboxing classes without any trouble. This time, however, there were cracks in the nails prior to leaving, which ended up breaking from simple things like closing the trash can lid. I’ve now had 3 nails break within 2 weeks, where before I could kickboxing and everything was fine."
