"When we booked the room we requested a king size bed and that the room be free of any scents as I am highly allergic. I was guaranteed that my requests would be honored. When we opened the door we were greeted with a blast of mildew fragrance, the bed was a queen size, the ceiling fan didn't work and all the furniture was mismatched. We asked for a 7am wake up call that never came til 8am. When I called the desk to ask about the wake up call the response was"I don't know , I am just coming in the door" We went to the pool and all the tables around the pool were stained with what appeared to be soda and they had crumbs all over them. We had to open both doors in the room to try to eliminate the smell. Upon checking out this morning the desk clerk said to me, "are you checking out" I replied yes, she said "just leave the key there" and turned her back to me. I don't know what has happened new management, new owner? It never was like this before. Remember what you Mother used to tell you.....you get what you pay for!!! I will never stay there again and advise you to stay away."
