"Not a very good experience. Went to pick up some pretty "pricey" hair growth drops and edge protection. Drops were fine, kept behind counter however, edge protection gel was "Sampled" as you could see deep finger indentations in the product. Noticed immediately and returned only to be given another with the same problem. Being that they only had 2 left, the Cashier offered to take off $1 for a product someone else had "dug in" and was shocked when I didn't accept the so called "deal." Instead, I counter-offered. So we both wouldn't have to go through a refund process, I requested to be given other bottle of drops, mind you that were only $1 more than the dug-out edge protection. The cashier refused, stating that he couldn't because it was a $1 more...hahahawooo...my my my...Soooo I request a refund. Store lost $20.93 over $1...smh...funny tho how cashier was willing to provide a less than satisfactory product for $1 less versus standard customer service. My last time shopping there?????"
