"Me and my mom were going to get a matching tattoo because she was in town so we had an appointment at 11 in the morning when it opens, it wasn’t open so we waited a little which ends up being 45 minutes and the guy never showed up and left us and a few other people waiting outside. In my opinion he if he says “see you tomorrow” at 11 you should be there if you were professional, especially appointments... Edit: And I think his response says it all. That’s the rudest response I’ve ever seen from a business, and apparently thats not the only time you’ve not showed up ??‍♀️"
