"I was just going to be in Falls Church for a couple of hours as hubby was having a procedure nearby. Luckily I came across this Salon ( no longer called Pinky’s- Howlett now I believe). My nails were done beautifully along with a eyebrow waxing. I was thrilled with the price- best I’ve seen in a long time. Highly recommend.
