"I have a disability and was insulted multiple times upon arrival regarding my disability. It deeply hurt my feelings, made me cry, and I left. I explained to my family what happened when they asked why I didn't get my piercings or tattoo done. I felt very discriminated against, unwelcome, and almost like I was being made fun of, as I was told how "effing annoying (my) raspy a** voice is several times. I sign to people while mouthing words as I am mute due to damaged vocal chords, but it was not accepted, therefore I was told to talk. I just can't get over how badly I was treated, as I've never experienced anything like this before. It made me feel very small and self conscious. This was an illegal experience as people with disabilities are protected by the ADA. I just wanted to warn/provide information on my experience to anyone with disabilities and just people in general."
