"This is my third time. The first two times were so great! I always get french and they looked fabulous. It was recommended by a friend. This time I had an older lady and my nails are awful. The lines aren't crisp for a French manicure and she asked I wanted rounded but did square instead and they aren't even straight. The look absolutely awful. And these places say they'll fix it .... No, you cater to women. I don't have time to sit for another hour +. This was MY hour and now I have to go get my child. Just make sure your employees can do it right the first time. This lady shouldn't have been allowed to do a French manicure. And at the end to top it off she said "it's not round, square better". No, I'm the customer and it's supposed to be what I asked for because I'm the one paying."

"So, call me crazy ? but I'm not about the nail life anymore because of the high high prices now and the service is so lack luster!!???when I was younger I used to get my nails done every two weeks! I'd be out a house and home nowadays trying to do that?but I do understand things have gotten expensive for businesses and consumers alike!! But nail techs used to take their time and prefect their art their skill of course in a timely manner but do excellent work! Now it's s Rush rush rush to get the next clients money !!!? ? ? I feel like when I get my nails done ??they skip over the bonding, and just simply the catering to what the client really wants and they half do the job because it's so fast!!! Part of self care services is taking CARE of the clients wants and need to provide that pampered experience while no more! Not at ULTRA LUXE NAILS OR ANY OF THEM! sorry they need to do better for such a expensive pampering service ?"

"They have several stores including Lowe's, Dollar General, and a hair place. There is also a phone store and Goodwill. Applebee's, Taco Bell, McDonald's are close by. People do drive crazy in the parking lot and sometimes trying to get in and out of Taco Bell is a pain, but all in all a nice plaza center."
