"Was supposed to have an appointment at 12pm with sketch but 10 minutes before 12 he changed it to 1pm and at 10 minutes before 1pm he changed to 2pm and at 2pm I had to wait for him at the building once He got there he drew pattern on me but we didn’t start the work until about 5ish and thank god I had my GoPro set up to record the process of the tattoo. He first told me $300-400 for my neck tattoo which he winded up charging me $600 on top of my $100 dollar deposit which I paid in advance and I even gave him the $600 before he started the work with expectations of superior work. I even ordered food for the both of us which costed $67.69 and as soon as we finished eating he started complaing about time after wasting the first 5 hours and not starting until 5ish. Yes it hurt but I was willing to finish it because he was gonna try to charge me even more if I had to come back. I left with a completely unfinished tattoo, I have video of almost the whole time I was there and of me giving him the $600 cash. He is refusing to finish it and says I didn’t give him the $600 in cash even tho I have it in my video. He even denied giving me back $400 and him keeping $200 before I left the night before. He’s keeping all $700 Anyone who want’s pics of text messages or video of any of this behavior that’s not posted with this review feel free to contact me. Unprofessional, ungrateful and all around disrespectful."

"The owners are extremely sweet and understanding, absolutely one of the greatest places for piercings and tattoos in customer service! Patrice Saint did my tattoo and septum piercing and they ended up looking beautiful! Patrice is extremely sweet and will do anything to make sure you feel comfortable. Definitely my favorite place to go."
