"They opened up at 12 pm, I called about 5-6 times and got sent to voicemail. I got lost trying to find their store (not their fault) and called them for the last time and they finally answered and I got directions to the store. They didn’t tell me they don’t do tongue piercings even though it says they on their website. They also have two different addresses listed, therefore I wasted gas trying to figure out which one it was because no one answered the phone. Not trying to be a pest but this stuff really should be fixed before it happens to someone else."
"Amazing service, my cousin got her ears done here (she was the one that got 5 holes done at 14) The service was great the piercer was super informative and helpful, he was professional the entire time and knew what to do when she started feeling faint, gave plenty of good advice the main lobby was cozy and made everyone feel relaxed.
