"They were busy but accommodated us very professionally with drinks (water and sodas) and conversation. The shop is extremely clean and provides a happy atmosphere and good vibes. "I got 3 tattoos done more than a week & a half ago. Had the pleasure of working with Josh, he was more than accommodating, very clean & sterile, & had a pleasant energy. This was my first experience ever with tattoos. I can say the shop is clean, welcoming & interesting with its art. The rooms are small, however, the artists get the job done & if you have someone with you, they can stay by your side. I was able to interact with Kevin as well for a bit & he seemed like a nice going individual. Overall, the prices seemed reasonable. The healing, of course, to do as well with keeping up with cleaning them on my own, has gone well. I am planning on coming back once the summer is gone. Kudos to the wonderful artists at this business."

"I got my septum pierced by Excellence. Despite me being the only person in the shop, he was very rushed. Once the piercing was in, he did not go over any cleaning or the healing process whatsoever. Additionally, he hit on me the entire time, and that was very unprofessional. After he let me look at my new piercing for like 3 seconds, he brushed me out the door. When i got into my car, I was able to take a better look at my piercing. Not only was there still globs of dried blood around my nose that he failed to clean, the piercing is crooked!! Where the needle entered is much higher in my nose than where it exited. It is visibly crooked. I would not recommend getting a piercing here, look elsewhere."
