"So great to be able to experience natural hot springs for free where they enter the river! Note that there are hot spring waters draining into the river at multiple points. Look for rock circles that have been built or pools naturally formed in the rocks to hold the hot water in. Some of the pools are really hot. Some have nice thermal gradients: hot at the surface but cooler as you dip down to the bottom. We found a great pool under the pedestrian bridge that crosses the river toward the spa."
