"Door said open, door was locked, super loud music playing inside. Blacked out all windows so not very inviting. Called multiple times, we waited with another poison that was trying to get inside to get tattoo as well. They left, another couple pulled up to get tattoos, we let them know about the fact no one was letting anyone in, we referred them to our usual tattoo shop. They left and we left a well. They lost 3 customers in the span of 10 minutes. We went to our normal tattoo shop and guess what... the couple we referred was there and scheduled their tattoo work. We got the product we were also looking to purchase. Yayyyy Bloodline Elite Tattoo, boo American Ink Tattoo!"
"One of the most unprofessional places I’ve been. For one, they have zero awareness/care for time management. They are supposed to open at 10:00 on Fridays and it was 10:13 and customers had formed a long line outside waiting for them to open. Their waxing ladies talk loudly to each other in Spanish the entire time you are getting your service. Makes you feel self conscious as to if they’re talking about you. The owner has the audacity to always ask if you want to include a tip after your service. I feel this is a personal choice. Usually they are understaffed and the owner herself actually gave me a wax which she wasn’t good at like her employees. The only reason why this place is still open and they have customers is because they are cheaper than any other place. Definitely considering laser so I don’t have to deal with their incompetence."
"This place is awful. After waiting for the piercer, who I think may be the owner, for about 30 mins (he was running late) he rushed in, rushed us, made my 10yr old feel so uncomfortable that she decided against having her ears pierced, even though she has bravely had them done before. …it could have been his insults “sense of humor” telling my daughter that her ears are ugly and intentionally calling her by the wrong name, among other weird comments. After their solutions, the encouragement to tip & the price to get ears pierced (you don’t get to choose the jewelry) it was about $90. Glad to have that refunded to take my business elsewhere. Oh, another red flag is that this guy flipped out when I took my phone out. Immediately getting angry and telling me that I can’t take pictures… bizarre."
