"My husband and I went in for matching tattoos for our 8th anniversary and we were not disappointed! Colin was an awesome artist, he even made our idea better with his artistic input. He was very personable and all around it was an awesome experience. I would definitely go back!"

"I’ve been going to this place for 5+ years, but they went downhill. The manager (man up at front register) is rude to his employees, and customers and tells everyone 5 min when walking in, when not true. Last 4 times I’ve gone I’ve spent 1.5 hours because they’re not organized and let incoming customers go before me even thought getting same service. Now they only have one lady doing eyebrows and then there’s 6 other ladies standing around doing nothing. That same lady does eyelashes too so if the customer before you gets eyelashes, expect to to wait another 30 minutes per person. It used to be so quick, in and out in 10 minutes. I’ve seen the manager call people out for not tipping enough. Yet he’s cheap and uses lowest costing product for his customers. I always see new employees bc he treats them so bad and I don’t blame them for leaving."
