"I've been going there for almost 10 years and I love the store. 2 ladies that have been taking care of me and know exactly what I want are mother and daughter. I can't remember their names but they know who they are. My favorite is the thin young lady, she's on the pictures. Thanks"

"I made a purchase at their store a few months ago. I took one of the items back due to what I consider poor quality. They refused to exchange the item claiming it was tampered with, which was NOT true. I taped the attempted exchange which was a good thing because JT, the store owner, claimed that I cussed him out, which is untrue. I left the item with JT and disputed it with my bank. The company won the dispute due to their no refund policy. I called the owner and request my item back because they still have it along with my money. JT, the owner told me I could have it back after first telling me that he threw it away. He stated he would call the police and make me sign a document or I could take him to small claims court. This is ridiculous. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store and have brought them several customers. I can't believe they would treat a previous loyal customer as if they don't matter over an item that was approximately $65.00. This company needs to be cognitive that 80% of their business comes from 20% of its customers, due to repeat business. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I also plan on filing the small claims case because it's a matter of principle as you cannot keep an item and the customer's money. I even requested that I have someone pick up the item or requested that it be mailed to my home. JT told me NO. I plan on playing the recording in court because I am not in the business of donating to a business. It is crazy for him to think that they can keep both the item and the money. Respectfully submitted."

"Q-Nails was very professional and kind, but there nails were of very low quality. I had them on for less than a week and they were already falling off. Then when I went back to get them fixed they charged me $5 to fix ONE nail."
