"they're so nice and accommodating. they make sure your experience is as smooth and painless as can be and take the time to inform you fully about how the procedure will go, aftercare, etc. prices are good, too. i got my septum pierced here a few weeks ago and will be coming back if for other piercings on my wishlist, definitely! :)"

"Me and my cousin went in to get a small tattoo, the tattoo artist said he would fit us in, just give him an hour and half. They never called us, we called back and they said they didn’t have time. Very unprofessional and wasted our time. Don’t recommend, go to a place like ink couture. That’ll be honest if they can’t fit you in. —— it’s kinda funny that the company can write a response but you can’t say anything back. So the day we came in, the tattoo artist told us he could fit us in not that he could “try” so they told us we could wait there or come back, we left our phone numbers so they can contact us. (We didn’t want to wait over an hour there since she lived close) After an hour and half they never got back to us. That’s when I called and they told us they actually couldn’t fit us in. Which is why I said they wasted our time. I agree that it’s not fair for a tattoo artist to work non stop a fully day, but I went off of what he said that since our tattoo was small he could fit us both in. So continue to lie , that’s cool. Kinda funny that you lie about the situation instead of being honest. Yes I came late but he said he could do it but give him an hour… also read your low star ratings , its about your staff being rude (maybe take that into consideration because clearly I’m not commenting on how tattoos look but how my interaction was with your business) But update, the next day I went to Ron and Dave’s and they were able to do my tattoo(and it looks great)and it looks amazing."

"Amazing staff and piercer! They were all very welcoming and friendly, definitely helped calm the nerves of a first time piercing! They listen carefully and give good advice! Going to keep coming here for all my future piercings."
