"I came to Rise Above to get a tattoo for my 18th birthday. I walked in at night, no appointment, and I was taken in within 10 minutes. Obviously this was my first tattoo, so I was extremely nervous and shaking, even through the tattooing process. Michael was absolutely wonderful with me, though. He talked me through it and took breaks for me to relax. The end result was an absolutely beautiful tattoo!"
