"Head 2 Toe Tattoo was a great find but the best was having Sylvia provide services. I had my eyebrows micro bladed and my daughters earlobe pierced. She answered all my questions with knowledge and patience as I had many. My eyebrows look great and my daughter(5yr) ear piercing are healing well. Salon is clean and street parking is easy."

"Incredibly comfortable experience with Tommy, as always! This shop is incredibly clean, courteous, and good-spirited. Easy to find, comfortable waiting area and great sanitation practices. Lots of art and flash on the walls which to me always says 'home' in a tattoo shop. I cannot recommend Rise Above enough, particularly Tommy and his feather light touch and great bedside manner. Don't sleep on this shop!!"
