"My sister is in a wheelchair and it’s hard for her to get around. So I tried to have a mobile service come to the house, but they did not show up. I’ve passed by Diamond Kutz in the past, and I thought let me call to find out if they are wheelchair accessible and if they will take a walk in. I spoke to Gerald, he was really nice over the phone, and told me it wouldn’t be a problem to bring my sister in. When we walked in it was a welcoming and clean environment. Gerald listened to what my sister wanted, and even consulted a picture she brought in. He did a great job with her fade, and was extremely patient. Then Mike added the final finishing touch on the haircut with a creative design. They made my sister feel at ease, and she is very happy with her cut. We will definitely be back... Thanks again!"

"I have gotten several cuts there and this was my second cut with this specific employee but both times she didn’t listen to what I said, both times my hair was shorter then wanted this time it’s basically shaven. I specifically said not to touch the top both times. I could have done this myself, no style or skill needed. They advertise a drink and warm towel well not from this “stylist”. I didn’t even get small talk or the usual cuting small and asking if I want more removed by the time she was done miracle grow wouldn’t have done any good and not even the courtesy of asking if I liked it. I have got 6 people telling me I was butchered. I have 3 stars because I have gotten good cuts just not by this person and I don’t know her name so I’m not goina guess or assume"

"I just had my nails done with TV Nails and I am really happy with the job. The service is always excellent, they do a good job with the nails, and the prices are reasonable. I have been going to them for almost 3 years now."
