"I typically am not one to get my nails done due to past horrible experiences..but let me just say this place is truly one of a kind. The atmosphere is so relaxed despite the fact it was very busy while I was there. I did make an appointment two days prior to coming in but while I was there I did see walk ins come in and ask for full services and they were just as catered to as those of us with appointments. I had a tech by the name of Mai and she was absolutely amazing! She did exactly what I wanted and I my nails turned out even better than I expected. She was quick and diligent all while having a soft touch, never hurrying or rushing. Her work is pure quality, she did not cut or callous or rip at my cuticles, everything about this visit with her today was absolutely top notch! While Mai and I did not have much conversation she was very sweet, very thorough and her work is impeccable to say the least. I typically prefer not to hold a lot of conversation while getting services like this done as it's a way for me to completely decompress. So her working so diligently didn't bother me one bit that it was a quiet service. I not only found the nail place I will come back to but I also found the best nail tech out there, Mai has a for sure repeat customer in me!"
