    "Called ahead for my first, small tattoo and he squeezed me in less than 30 minutes after I called. From the second I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The professionalism and hospitality was better than many hotel employees. Walked me through the entire process, showed me every tool that would be used, including the expiration dates. Cleanest lines I’ve ever seen on a tattoo. It made many of my friends with tattoos wish they had come here instead. As an inexperienced person in the tattoo world, I’d imagine this would be considered a “perfect shop” Highly recommend for first time tattoos!"

    "I don’t like to complain, but i genuinely need to warn people to NOT waste their time here. I understand that as a walk in I might not be able to find someone with an opening for me. However, when we called to ask them if they would be able to do my two very small, simple tattoos they immediately said yes, they should be able to get me in at 5:30. at 5:30, that was pushed back to 6:30. Okay, I understand, things happen. Not a big deal. Then it was 7:30, they close at 8. I asked if they were still able to get me in and they said yes. Eventually they stopped answering me, and at about 9pm we gave up. I wasted nearly 4 hours on my birthday waiting outside their tattoo shop just to leave with nothing. They could have just told me that they wouldn’t have time to do it. I could have tried to find another artist or done anything else with my time. Extremely unprofessional and just blatantly rude. Go absolutely anywhere else."
