"10/10 would highly recommend. I had my septum pierced years ago too low and crooked at a different place so I took it out to let it heal. My piercer at club inked knew immediately that my previous piercing was too low and did it PERFECTLY STRAIGHT and in the SWEET SPOT this time!! He was fast and gentle. Sooo happy with my service, the price and my piercing. I’ll def make this my go to spot when ever I need anything else done. And don’t forget to tip your piercer! Thank you guys for being so cool."

"Doesn't respond to messages when asking about your tattoo that is already paid in full. A month later I skipped the appointment that was set for my wife to get a tattoo done and had to wait for a month to get mine finished. In the process I had messaged kortney about tattoo to never get a response till the appointment was missed. Then in her asking to reschedule it turned into the same no response. I am now opening a court case to recover money lost in paying someone else to finish this tattoo. Feel free to go through this place. I am sure they don't screw over everyone. But this is my experience. The shop is owned and operated by a bunch of kids that clearly need to learn some business ethics!!! Edit. So refund was given for the half of the tattoo that wasn't finished. In phone calls. Let me iterate. I was calm in answer the calls. Instead of rectifying the problem it was argued over. Not very professional at all. When the owner called me. I was once again calm. Though you could tell from his broken speach he was not and trying to hold on. I can respect that. However when I am cut off constantly and never able to give a word in edgewise yes you will get yelled at and hung up on. Then to blow up my phone yes you will be told that it is harassment if another call was made. So still made to feel like I'm the one at fault when a bad business practice is shown. Love how a person can post her tattoos done on the business Facebook page. But 40 seconds to respond to a text is to hard to do and the customer is left to felt like he was in the wrong for having some young punk think they're going to make me feel as though I am being screwed over."
