"I made an appointment with the owner to get a tattoo on Sunday. It was my brothers first tattoo. He was so excited. We showed up the shop was closed and no one was there. I messaged the owner multiple times. Hours later she read my message and didn’t respond to even try to apologize or explain. I was very upset. Thankfully we were able to get a walk in spot at another shop who felt bad for us that we were stood up. It wouldn’t me respond to the comment made in reference to this review but I made An appointment with Kristen knight. She didn’t say she was the owner I assumed"

"Worse place I have ever had tattoo me. If I could give them no starts I would. The owner did my tat in the evening told me there was no issue what so ever with a late apt. I get there and he’s rude didn’t care for my tattoo design. Like it was going on his body or something. He had his grand kids with him wouldn’t do more than an outline for me bc they needed to get to a movie.? Definitely a place where certain people are treated well. I hope it’s doors close and hit this dude in the a$$ on his way out."
