"Do not go to this place! My niece and myself drove over an hour to have our tattoos touched up by Hunter. Our tattoos are missing ink in several places after they healed, get to our appointment only to be told he is over booked and we need to reschedule. Hunter informed us he was aware of the scheduling issue but did not have the decency to call to let us know. It was a wasted trip, time and now we have to pay to fix his mess up!"

"This is my first time sharing a comment for really bad customer service. 0 star would be to much for this business. I have purchased an Uno amped 2000 puff disposable vape which came out as battery defected. I went back to the store (not later than a day) with my receipt to explain that the product is not working but have been told that people are trying to exchange empty disposable vapes. For ~$20; I have not wasted my breath and went to the nearest smoke shop (Smokey's Paradise 4) to purchase a new disposable puff. Thank you for the great customer service Smokey's Paradise 4."

"Great vape store other than. They are priced pretty high on their products. I guess that's to be expected for being the only vape shop in Sevier County. Some of the employees aren't a lot of help when it comes to buying the products with limited experience. They could t figure out what coils went with a vape I recently purchases there. All and all a decent shop a d glad we have at least 1 vape shop"
