"I went in to get my 3 month old daughters ears pierced. I was greeted by Eric who also did the piercing. He had a great sense of humor and joked with us and made us feel comfortable. He was very gentle and quick when piercing her ears. He even talked to her to calm her. He also allowed my mom to go back with my daughter and I.
