"This is a total rip off. When I picked my tattoo out they told me 25$ so I’m like okay that’s isn’t bad then after he does it which only took him about 1 min literally to do it he gives my receipt and it says 40$ they charge you a fee that they don’t tell before you get it it’s on the wall but hidden . They know a lot of kids will come and would like one so they rip you off it’s shouldn’t be no more then 20$ for a temporary tattoo. He did take 5$ but still,"
