    "I came in to get a vertical labret piercing which was done by Sarah. This was my second time getting pierced with her. Before we started she showed me previous lip piercings she had done which made me feel confident with her experience. It was a quick process and she was very patient and kind with me as I was really nervous to get the piercing done. She explained every step to me which made me feel more comfortable. She made sure that she did not do anything until I was ready. She is extremely kind and very professional. She explained everything I need to know about my piercing including after care, what to expect from the piercing, and when to come back in to get a shorter bar. If I do decide to get another piercing, I will definitely come back to Sarah!"

    "Tried to make an appointment to get a piercing but could only reach through text. I asked questions about appointments which were responded to extremely vaguely and not at all punctually. When I finally succeeded in making an appointment, I arrived to find everyone inside completely maskless and in violation of cdc recommendations. Quickest way to lose a customer possible. Dissapointed."
