- "I came here for a jewelry change on a nostril piercing. The guy shoved a hoop that was thicker than the gauge of my original piercing into the hole, which completely retraumatized the healed piercing, made it bleed, etc. When I expressed concerns about the size of the ring, he said something about small rings being better for smaller girls and bigger rings being for bigger girls (I'm 5'10"). Um, how about rings that fit the size of the actual piercing being for everyone. I went to another much more professional piercing shop a couple days later and now I have to wear a stud for 4-6 weeks while it reheals before I can have an appropriately-sized ring put in. Even the other piercer was horrified and said the guy has mutilated my piercing. Completely unprofessional."
