"An entire group of friends went to this shop and the front desk guy was nice enough to see if his boss would give us a small discount if we all got tattoos (7 of us). We are from Texas and the highest cover charge we have experienced here is $100. Theirs was $120 so we thought we would just ASK since there was so many of us! The guy came back with his boss and she was so rude about it. a simple "sorry girls, we cant do that" would have been fine but she continued on to rant and say the most. We were there for the bride & she was going to continue with her tattoo until the boss made another rude comment & BASICALLY kicked us out. We told the front desk guy to cancel the draw up & we left. Horrible customer service. The way you speak to people goes a long way & we didn't need an entire rant from the rude lady! Had she of not been so rude & petty she could have made the shop at least $800 but instead she got $0 :) her loss, not ours. we took our business elsewhere! ill give it one star for the guy at the front desk!"

"I got my windows tinted here a few weeks ago. The service was great and the customer service was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and attentive. They answered all of my questions and provided all of the knowledge I needed to know. My tint is holding up very well and I would definitely come back here again!"

"I always go here for lashes but I can’t anymore. The ladies that do lashes have the worst attitudes. It’s like they’re doing it for free. I can’t deal with it anymore. I got on YouTube and started doing them myself. Save my money and my sanity. 2 stars because the owner is very nice."
