"We hit road debris 12 miles outside of Grayling and then smelled gas and exhaust so we pulled off the road and called. Ray Fuhr at Grayling car care was really helpful and nice! He referred us to a tow truck and gave us a 10% discount, then took a look at our car for us. Turns out there was a hole in our gas tank and several in our exhaust system from the debris. They at it more to see if they could do a quick fix for us there because we were on our way home from Michigan, then when it looked like it was a bigger problem, he suggested we call our insurance. When it turned out he wouldn’t be able to get parts in to repair it until the next week he suggested we rent a U-Haul trailer and car dolly to get it home ourselves. He referred to the county bus system which was a pick up service to take us to our hotel for the night and to the U-Haul place in the morning. He even kept our car overnight for us, and then this amazing man didn’t even charge us for anything! It’s so wonderful to see that there are still honest, helpful mechanics in this world. Thank you Ray!!"
