"On a Wednesday early afternoon and the spa was not busy. Pedicure was rushed. 25 minutes at the most and was $27. No lotion applied although description of basic pedicure includes it. Heels and cuticles still looked dry when finished. The lady asked whats wrong as she was taking my payment and I told her I was not satisfied with the service. She ignored me, ran my card and handed it back. I usually tip 20% or more but I was so disappointed I did not tip. I have NEVER not tipped."

"Took my daughter here, to get her nails done for Graduation. Everyone was very nice and accommodating, that’s why I gave it two stars. However, the service that was provided did not last more then 5 days. My daughter did dip and tips. She had them on for only 5 days and they all started falling off. It hasn’t even been a full week now and she has two nails remaining. Highly disappointed with the amount of money I paid for them. She has had her nails done many of times and they all have lasted at least 2-3 week. For $65 before tip I would of expected them to last much longer. Will not return!"

"Luckily I set an appointment the day before (11am on Saturday) and was seated by 1103 in Nathan’s chair. Good conversation had, he took his time (as I like), listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions, and most importantly, did a clean taper and fade on a dark head of hair.
