"Very rude staff went to pick up dish replacement equipment as for some weird reason UPS did not drop off at my house and instead dropped of at this "UPS PICKUP POINT".They almost held it hostage because my last name does not match my spouses. Had to actually call dish network and have them on speakerphone to explain that I was a verified person on the account, the representative on the phone was baffled that they were not giving me my package! SUPER WEIRD!"
