"I am a frequent customer at this store and I walked in the store today and received terrible customer service from one of the owners. He acts like he doesn't want any business nor make any money , and to treat customers like the way he treated me and some people that were trying to buy items from this store today is very rude, risky and unprofessional. I will never buy Anything from this store again!!! They lost 4 customers today from "Not Servicing Us!"" Terrible business!!! And He didn't care....."

"I love Zen Nails! I have gotten my nails done twice so far there. Once by Tammy, and just now by Lee (unsure how he spells it) … both were fantastic! Lee was super duper patient with me as I asked for some slight modifications to be made, and did not make me feel like a nuisance at all! I always get anxious when I ask for something because I don’t want to come across as a bother or ungrateful or as a “Karen.” Both Tammy and Lee made my nails look perfect both times I was here! 10/10 would recommend, will for sure be coming here every time in the future!"
