- "Leslie was amazing and made the piercing experience smooth. However, the jewelry they use is not the best. The stud I had fell out spontaneously and I couldn't find it. I went back to the shop and paid to replace it and have it put back in. I made sure to tighten them every time I cleaned them to prevent it from happening again, and... it happened twice more. So now I have to go buy another one, again, and of course this increases the risk of infection and prolongs the healing time. Also, the lady that replaced my piercing the second time was not welcoming and was pretty rude."
