"Recently got a tattoo from their apprentice. Not bad work but needs some touch ups in spots that weren’t filled in properly. After multiple attempts, they still refuse to let me make an appointment for the touch ups. The apprentice even offered to do it at home considering I left a generous tip, but also never followed up and won’t return messages. Very disappointed,, poor customer service. There are many other tattoo shops that are way better. Don’t waste your time here. ??"

"They are very nice! Super great customer service. However, I’ve gotten three piercings from JR and all of them are crooked. I have four face piercings, before I went to JR I had my left nostril pierced. I got my first piercing done by him around June. It was my right nostril. It is crooked and is not lined up with my left nostril. I went back for my septum in august because I thought maybe it was just small mistake and it wouldn’t happen again. And the 5 star reviews also helped me make my decision. I got my septum done and it was perfect. However over time I started to notice it was pierced the slightest bit crooked. It didn’t really bother me thought because it wasn’t that big of a deal. Late February I got my vertical labtet done, that was five days ago. I noticed as soon as I left that it was crooked and I told myself I wouldn’t go back. I have nothing against JR, he is a wonderful human and he is very kind! But if you want a face piercing I suggest going somewhere else."
