"I recently brought my Specialized Roubaix into BikeSource for service. Unbeknownst to me, your service tech had mistranscribed my phone number, so the bike sat for a while until I finally decided to call and pick it up. When I did call, the service tech who answered my call did not review or read the notes on the sheet. The salesperson who retrieved my bike likewise didn't read the service ticket.
I read the part where the tech indicated that he had installed a new tubeless tire and then had simply scraped up what little sealant was left in the shredded tire (and who knows what contaminants) rather than clean the wheel and put in new sealant. WHO DOES THAT?
I paid Bike Source to INSTALL a tubeless tire to replace one that was shredded. That means a full, clean install. Now what?
I don't get it - this is basic service stuff. When you take your car in, they go over the service ticket with you when you're done. I specifically told both of these employees that your tech was unable to reach me by phone. They sure should have gone over the notes. Given that I'd rather not mess with taking my bike in constantly for service, I'd likely have had it completed there than mess around with taking it to a different shop.
I moved to Denver in the fall of 2020 and have been trying shops for service. I've got 4 Specialized bikes and quite frankly, BikeSource lost a client for life.
I also deferred posting this for a week to allow for a response to my email and text complaint of the same matter. No answer."
"The man that helped me out was hella cool! Funny felt very comfortable and the septum piercing was fast and painless! Very professional setting! I definitely would recommend! Fast, painless, and very good price!"
"Very friendly staff. It was very clean and they were very professional. It was my first time getting a tattoo and my experience was great. Will definitely be coming back for more work done."
