"The staff was quite off-putting with the cashier was persistently singing off-key to the top of her lungs, being gleefully unprofessional. I was obviously looking for a product and was unable to find it, and they didn't not once offer me help. Unfortunately, I returned home a realized that I already had hair heat protector. I still had my receipt in hand and the seal on solution was still intact and untampered. However, they still wouldn't take it back because it was a chemical, even though I didn't open it."
