"I assume their work is great, but their customer service is very poor. After I contacted Skyler, one of the tattoo artist recommended by Nick (son of the owner), Skyler texted me and asked about size of tattoo. He then never got back with me for 24 hours, and after I asked what seemed to be the problem, he wrote me the following message (as if I am a mind reader):
"My bad, I do have a life outside of tattoos, tattooing, and responding to messages about tattoos, I do get back to everyone in order tho. You'd probably be looking about $150""
"Scammed on Instagram, don't trust them. Didn't even set up the appointment and when m.i.a after I sent the amount asked for to said appointment which was the full amount. I didn't trust them after that because they didn't reply , so no date and time were set . Sent through zelle and they are now saying its too late to give me back my money even though there was never a date and time agreed . I'm taking legal action"
"I was a walk in and received great customer service and help by artist Deana. She was very helpful and took her time sketching me a nice back piece . I ended up completing a 8 hour session the next day.Shop was very clean definitely would recommend for others to go if they want a great quality tattoo and great customer service"
